The theatrical release of Terminator 2 was damn near flawless. It was the perfect mix of sci-fi, action, and comedy. All that changed when James Cameron released an extended version of the film on DVD. In addition to the classic scene where John Connor teaches his cybernetic bodyguard to say “Chill out, dickwad”, another scene was included where he tries to teach the T-800 to smile.
